Ingredients/Components

- mayonnaise - 1 c
- carrots, grated - 1/2 c
- Pillsbury crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- raw broccoli, grated
- cauliflower, grated - 1/2 c
- green and red peppers, grated - 1/2 c
- small amount onion, grated - 1 item
How to make vegetable bars:
Filling:2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. mayonnaise1/2 small pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing Topping:1/2 c. raw broccoli, grated1/2 c. cauliflower, grated1/2 c. green and red peppers, grated1/2 c. carrots, grated small amount onion, grated Press rolls out in a 16 x 18-inch cookie sheet. Bake crust until brown as directed.Mix all filling ingredients and spread on crust.
Put vegetables on top of filling. Cover with wax paper and press. Chill and cut when ready to serve. Cut in small squares. You can make this in a pizza pan and slice like pizza.
