  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • cans Veg-All, drained - 2 item
  • chopped water chestnuts - 1 c

How to make veg-all casserole:

Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix all ingredients well. Pour in buttered casserole dish. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
