Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 2
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- pickle relish - 2 tsp
- rice - 1 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- sweet pickle relish - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, hard-boiled and peeled - 6 item
- can beef consomme soup - 1 item
- eggs, hard-boiled and chopped - 3 item
- large Irish potatoes, cooked - 4 item
How to make deviled eggs:
Peel and cube potatoes. Gently fold into all other ingredients. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and stir, adding as much as you need to make it the consistency you want. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Chill 1 hour before serving. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
