Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 2
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • can water - 1 item
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • pickle relish - 2 tsp
  • rice - 1 c
  • chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
  • sweet pickle relish - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, hard-boiled and peeled - 6 item
  • can beef consomme soup - 1 item
  • eggs, hard-boiled and chopped - 3 item
  • large Irish potatoes, cooked - 4 item

How to make deviled eggs:

Peel and cube potatoes. Gently fold into all other ingredients. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and stir, adding as much as you need to make it the consistency you want. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Chill 1 hour before serving. Serves 6.
