Veal parmigiana
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 3/4 c
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin or shredded - 1 item
- breaded veal steaks frozen - 4 item
How to make veal parmigiana:
Saute frozen breaded veal steaks in hot olive oil until golden brown. Place browned steaks in shallow baking dish and cover with tomato sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes until cheeRecipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Veal.
