Veal paprika
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- wide noodles - 1 pkg
- eggs, beaten with milk - 2 item
- cubed veal
- milk and 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- dry gravy mix - 2 cans
How to make veal paprika:
Dip cubed veal in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs and sprinkle generously with paprika. Brown in skillet. Drain skillet. Add the gravy and 2 cups milk with 2 tablespoons vinegar for each cup milk. Cover skillet and let simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve over wide noodles. Serve with side dish of cole slaw.Recipe categories: Main dish, Stew, Veal.
