- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
How to make vanilla sugar:
Blend sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl. Spread it on a tray lined with wax paper and let dry for about 4 hours. Press out any lumps with a wooden spoon and store in an airtight container.For an easy, elegant gift, place sugar in a glass jar and decorate with ribbons. For a special finishing touch, add a cinnamon stick or vanilla bean.
