Chokecherry jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 c
- Sure-Jell - 1 pkg
- wax - 1 item
- chokecherry juice - 1 qt
How to make chokecherry jelly:
Mix altogether and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Skim off the jell. Put in clean, hot jelly jars. Pour melted wax over top and seal with lids.Recipe categories: Fruit, Condiments, etc., Berries.
