Vanilla glaze

Ingredients/Components

• unsifted confectioners sugar - 2 c
• light cream - 2 Tbsp
• vanilla extract - 2 tsp
• butter, melted - 2 tsp

How to make vanilla glaze:

Mix all ingredients and beat until smooth.

Variation: For lemon glaze, substitute 2 tablespoons lemon juice in place of the vanilla and add coarsely grated lemon peel.
