  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • can coconut - 1 item
  • sticks butter, melted - 2 item
  • box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item

How to make upside-down german chocolate cake:

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Set aside. Mix coconut and pecans and spread on bottom of greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour cake batter on coconut and pecans. Mix butter, sugar and cream cheese and pour over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
