- cup brown sugar - 1/4 item
- yellow cake mix prepared - 1 item
- can pineapple filling - 1 item
How to make upside down cake:
Melt butter in a 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover with pie filling. Pour cake batter over all. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, invert on a serving plate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
