Turkey lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- ground turkey - 1 lb
- clove garlic - 1 item
- cottage cheese - 12 oz
- oregano - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
- tomato sauce
- crushed red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- lasagna noodles uncooked - 8 oz
How to make turkey lasagna:
Sauce Mixture:4 c. tomato sauce1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper1/4 tsp. chili powder1 tsp. oregano1/4 tsp. paprika Cheese Mixture:8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese12 oz. cottage cheese1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Brown ground turkey with chopped onion and garlic; drain.Sauce Mixture: Mix all ingredients together.
Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix ingredients together.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, spread about 1 cup Sauce Mixture. Arrange a layer of 3 uncooked lasagna strips. Top with some Sauce Mixture, Cheese Mixture and ground turkey mixture. Repeat twice, ending with Cheese Mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
