Turkey hash
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- ground turkey - 8 oz
- chopped onions - 1 c
- ground sage - 1/2 tsp
- ground thyme - 1/2 tsp
- ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- frozen hash browns with no fat, thawed - 2 c
How to make turkey hash:
In medium nonstick skillet, cook the turkey and onions over medium heat about 5 minutes or until the turkey is no longer pink and the onions are tender. Stir occasionally. Add the potatoes. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir in the cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, sage, thyme and pepper.Note: If you can't find fat-free hash browns, replace them with 2 cups of peeled and diced fresh potatoes.
