  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • large egg - 1 item
  • peas - 1 c
  • Worcestershire - 1/4 tsp
  • spinach - 1 c
  • can minced clams, drained - 1 item
  • medium lemon - 1 item
  • melted butter/margarine - 1/4 c
  • eggs, beaten together - 2 item
  • to 2 envelopes Weight Watchers chicken bouillon - 1 item
  • bread crumbs I use Panko Japanese style bread crumbs found in gourmet section - 1 2
  • butter, olive oil or margarine to cook - 1 item
  • soda crackers saltines - 12 item
  • frozen pie crust plain, optional - 1 item
  • dash of pepper/salt - 1 item
  • onions I add more - 2 Tbsp

How to make turkey cutlets piccata:

Have your child crumble up the crackers in a bowl; add the milk and soak for a few minutes. Add everything else, eggs last. Pour it all into pie crust or a greased casserole and bake it in a 350° oven for 45 minutes, uncovered.

You can try a variety of ingredients; just dump the leftover veggies in. Kids like this dish.
