Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- large egg - 1 item
- peas - 1 c
- Worcestershire - 1/4 tsp
- spinach - 1 c
- can minced clams, drained - 1 item
- medium lemon - 1 item
- melted butter/margarine - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten together - 2 item
- to 2 envelopes Weight Watchers chicken bouillon - 1 item
- bread crumbs I use Panko Japanese style bread crumbs found in gourmet section - 1 2
- butter, olive oil or margarine to cook - 1 item
- soda crackers saltines - 12 item
- frozen pie crust plain, optional - 1 item
- dash of pepper/salt - 1 item
- onions I add more - 2 Tbsp
How to make turkey cutlets piccata:
Have your child crumble up the crackers in a bowl; add the milk and soak for a few minutes. Add everything else, eggs last. Pour it all into pie crust or a greased casserole and bake it in a 350° oven for 45 minutes, uncovered.You can try a variety of ingredients; just dump the leftover veggies in. Kids like this dish.
