  • sour cream - 1 item
  • chopped olives - 1 item
  • taco chips - 1 item
  • cup onion, chopped - 1 item
  • pkg taco seasoning - 1 item
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • Garnish: shredded cheese
  • lb ground lean beef - 1 item
  • cups tomatoes with liquid - 2 item
  • cups kidney beans drained & rinsed - 2 item
  • 17 oz can whole kernel corn with liquid - 1 item

How to make taco soup:

Garnish: shredded cheese sour cream taco chips chopped olives In large kettle brown ground beef and onion. Drain well. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, stirring once in a awhile, let simmer 15 minutes covered. Ready to serve. Put chips in bowl, soup, cheese, sour cream (dab), and chopped olives. Serves 6 to 8.
