Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 6 item
- butter - 1 c
- nuts - 2 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Pillsbury two-layer Double Dutch Fudge batter cream frosting mix - 1 pkg
How to make tunnel of fudge cake:
Combine butter and sugar in large mixer bowl at high speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. At low speed, add flour, then sugar, mixing until well blended. By hand, stir in frosting mix and nuts.Pour into greased Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 65 to 70 minutes. Test for doneness after 65 minutes by observing dry, shiny brownie-type crust. Cool 2 hours before removing from pan and cool completely before serving.
