Tuna noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- diced green pepper - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can tuna - 1 1/2
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- sliced celery - 1 c
- chopped pimientos - 1/4 c
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- 3 1/2 c - 6 oz
How to make tuna noodle casserole:
Cook noodles in boiling salt water until tender; drain. Combine noodles, drained tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables and salt. Blend soup and milk; heat through. Add cheese. Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Add to noodle mixture. Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with almonds. Bake in oven at 425° about 20 minutes.
