Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped fresh parsley - 6 Tbsp
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 item
  • extra virgin olive oil - 1/4 c
  • Prosciutto, chopped - 1/4 lb
  • cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped - 2 item
  • tubetti small macaroni - 1 lb

How to make tubetti with peas and prosciutto:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 4 minutes. Before pasta is done, add peas. Drain.

Meanwhile, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley and pepper in a large bowl. Toss the pasta and peas with garlic mixture. Add the Prosciutto and toss again. Let sit 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
