Tubetti with peas and prosciutto
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped fresh parsley - 6 Tbsp
- freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 item
- extra virgin olive oil - 1/4 c
- Prosciutto, chopped - 1/4 lb
- cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped - 2 item
- tubetti small macaroni - 1 lb
How to make tubetti with peas and prosciutto:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 4 minutes. Before pasta is done, add peas. Drain.Meanwhile, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley and pepper in a large bowl. Toss the pasta and peas with garlic mixture. Add the Prosciutto and toss again. Let sit 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
