Tropical oatmeal cookies

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• chocolate chips - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 1/2 c
• oatmeal
• small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item

How to make tropical oatmeal cookies:

Mix shortening and sugars until creamy. Add egg and pineapple. Add dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Bake for 15 minutes at 375°.
