Tropical ambrosia
Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 4 Tbsp
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- whipped topping, thawed - 1 carton
- pineapple tidbits - 1 can
- 3 - 1 pkg
How to make tropical ambrosia:
Drain pineapple, reserving the juice; set pineapple aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple juice and pudding mix; beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until thickened. Fold in the whipped topping. Stir in pineapple and 3 tablespoons of the coconut. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with remaining coconut, cherries and cherry juice if desired.
