Ingredients/Components
- raisins - 1 c
- sunflower seeds unsalted - 1 c
- shredded unsweetened coconut - 1/2 c
- whole or slivered almonds unsalted - 1 c
- hazelnuts unsalted - 1 c
- various dried fruits apples, banana chips, pineapple or apricots - 2 c
How to make trail mix:
Mix ingredients and store in airtight container. Mix will keep for 2 to 4 months in the cupboard. Yields 6 cups or 48 ounces.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
