Italian spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- salad oil - 4 Tbsp
- 2 oz - 1 can
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- garlic clove - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- crushed red pepper - 1 item
- small diced onion - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
How to make italian spaghetti sauce:
Heat oil in saucepan. Add onion and garlic. Saute until golden brown. Add beef and fry until brown, then add all spices together with tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer at least 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sauces, Main dish.
