Traditional pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell - 1 item
- can pumpkin 2 c - 1 oz
How to make traditional pumpkin pie:
Preheat oven to 425°. In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except pastry shell; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°; continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
