Ingredients/Components
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 2 lb
- can refried beans - 1 oz
- corn chips, crushed
- McCormick taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
How to make tostado casserole:
Brown and drain hamburger. Combine hamburger, 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix. Line a flat 2-quart baking dish with 2 cups corn chips; add meat mixture. Combine remaining tomato sauce and refried beans. Spread over meat mixture. Cover and bake 25 minutes at 375°. Remove, cover, sprinkle with remaining corn chips and cheese. Bake 5 minutes.
