Ingredients/Components
- onion soup mix - 1/2 pkg
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- grated cheese - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 oz
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown hamburger. Combine with sauces and soups. Fry tortillas and cut in quarters. Layer in casserole the tortillas, meat sauce, cheeses and end with cheese. Bake at 350° until bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
