  • onion soup mix - 1/2 pkg
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • grated cheese - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • flour tortillas - 1 item
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 oz

How to make mexican casserole:

Brown hamburger. Combine with sauces and soups. Fry tortillas and cut in quarters. Layer in casserole the tortillas, meat sauce, cheeses and end with cheese. Bake at 350° until bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes.
