Tortilla roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- chopped black olives - 4 oz
- green onions, chopped - 3 item
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- diced green chilies - 4 oz
- large fresh flour tortillas - 5 item
How to make tortilla roll-ups:
Fold together the sour cream, cream cheese, chilies, olives, onions and garlic powder. Smear on flour tortillas and roll into a log. Cover individually with foil and refrigerate overnight to set.
