  • water - 3 c
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • basil leaves
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • carrots, sliced - 2 item
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • tortellini - 8 oz
  • medium zucchini, halved and sliced - 1 item

How to make tortellini and sausage soup:

Cook and stir sausage and onion until sausage is light brown. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until vegetables and tortellini are tender. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
