Vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 gal
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- medium onions, chopped - 3 item
- head cabbage, chopped - 1/2 item
- large can whole tomatoes - 1 item
- potatoes, chopped - 4 item
- dry parsley or 1/4 c - 1 Tbsp
- soup bone beef - 1 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Put soup bone in pot of water. Add salt, pepper, thyme, parsley and tomatoes. Cook and simmer for approximately 2 hours. Add other vegetables and cook for another hour, then add 1 large bag of frozen mixed vegetables. Cook for about 30 minutes.
