Tomato gravy
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 item
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- pinch of sugar - 1 item
- can whole tomatoes, chopped do not drain - 16 oz
How to make tomato gravy:
Saute onion and pepper in oil. Add flour and stir until smooth (1 minute). Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil and remove from heat. Makes 2 cups.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, North american.
