  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 lb
  • nuts - 1 item
  • egg yolk - 1 item
  • large Hershey bar, grated - 1 item

How to make toffee cookies:

Cream the butter and sugar. Add beaten egg yolk, flour and vanilla. Pat mixture into a 10 x 15-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle grated chocolate over top. Top with nuts. Cut into squares.
