Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- sticks butter - 2 item
- Bring to a boil the butter, cocoa and water
How to make texas chocolate cake:
Put flour, sugar, cinnamon and soda in bowl and set aside. Bring to a boil the butter, cocoa and water. Pour over flour mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Icing:4 Tbsp. cocoa1 stick butter6 Tbsp. milk1 box confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla Bring to boil cocoa, butter and milk.
