Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- small can Angel Flake coconut - 1 item
- can cherry pie filling or 1 large can peach slices - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix sprinkle over top - 1 item
- stick oleo, melted drizzle over top - 1 item
How to make texas brag cake:
Spray Pam in glass dish. Layer pineapple, pie filling or peach slices, cake mix, coconut and oleo. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Add pecans. Bake 15 minutes more. Cool before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
