Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- can sour pitted cherries - 1 item
- 2 sticks oleo - 1/2 lb
How to make texas brag cake:
Pour cherries into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle sugar over cherries. Pour or spoon pineapple over cherries and sugar. Add the cake mix over all. Cut oleo and spread over cake mix, then spread or sprinkle coconut over oleo. Sprinkle pecans over all.
