Ingredients/Components

  • medium avocados - 3 item
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • cans bean dip - 2 1/2
  • bunch green onions - 1 item
  • medium tomatoes - 3 item
  • black olives - 7 oz
  • cheese Monterey Jack or Cheddar or both - 8 oz

How to make tex-mex dip:

Mix the first 4 ingredients together and set aside. Do the same with the next 3 ingredients. Layer bean dip, sour cream mixture and avocados in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese. This dip may be served at room temperature or chilled.
