Ingredients/Components
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- soy sauce - 1 c
- black pepper - 1 item
- white wine - 1/3 c
- sugar may use brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- slices minced ginger from ginger root - 3 item
How to make teriyaki marinade:
Marinate beef or chicken several hours or overnight. Brush with honey. Broil couple of minutes on each side. Burn them a little bit.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
