- Cup water - 1/4 item

How to make tarragon chicken:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat butter in skillet large enough to hold chicken. Add chicken, skin-side down. cook 10 minutes until brown on skin side. Turn and cook 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. In skillet, add onion and garlic - cook briefly. Add tarragon and wine. Stir well. Add water. Return chicken to pan; cover. cook 20 minutes.
