Tangy raspberry salad
Ingredients/Components
- raspberry gelatin - 1 pkg
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- cottage cheese - 1/2 c
- salad dressing - 1/4 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- banana, diced - 1 item
- coconut - 1/4 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- cream, whipped - 1 c
How to make tangy raspberry salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; set aside to cool. Soften the cottage cheese with salad dressing. Add pineapple, coconut, nuts and banana. When gelatin begins to thicken, add the cheese mixture, then fold in the whipped cream. Pour into mold and chill until firm.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, Raspberries.
