Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • pepperoni, sliced - 2 oz
  • chopped tomatoes - 1/2 c
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • pie crust - 1 item

How to make taco pie:

Fry onion in oil. Cook tomatoes, pepperoni, oregano and parsley just a little and drain. Add to onions. Spread cheese in pie crust. Cover with tomato mixture and more cheese. Beat eggs, milk and basil. Pour over. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
