Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- Special K cereal - 4 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 5 item
- small curd cottage cheese - 1 pt
- large chopped onion - 1 item
- walnuts - 3/4 c
- milk can use low-fat - 1/2 c
- to 1 cube margarine or butter, softened - 3/4 item
- ketchup on top optional - 1 item
How to make cottage cheese loaf:
Mix all ingredients well. Put into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Tastes just like meat loaf, but no hamburger. Makes 1 loaf.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Main dish, Casseroles.
