Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • Special K cereal - 4 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 5 item
  • small curd cottage cheese - 1 pt
  • large chopped onion - 1 item
  • walnuts - 3/4 c
  • milk can use low-fat - 1/2 c
  • to 1 cube margarine or butter, softened - 3/4 item
  • ketchup on top optional - 1 item

How to make cottage cheese loaf:

Mix all ingredients well. Put into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Tastes just like meat loaf, but no hamburger. Makes 1 loaf.
