Taco casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- bottle taco sauce - 4 oz
- ground beef, browned and well drained - 2 lb
- small onion, chopped fine optional - 1 item
- can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes the ones with the peppers in them - 1 item
- can chopped chile peppers, well drained - 1 item
How to make taco casserole:
Mix all together and cook a few minutes. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put a layer on the bottom of Doritos or nacho chips. Next, put meat mixture in and then another layer of chips. Top with Cheddar cheese (use as much as you like). Bake 20 to 35 minutes at 350°.You may use 2 cans of chicken and mushroom soup if available.
