  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • Velveeta or Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup or Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
  • nacho Doritos, crumbled up - 1 pkg

How to make taco casserole:

Brown meat; drain fat. Mix tomato sauce and seasoning mix with meat. Line greased casserole dish with 1/2 of Doritos. Put mixture on top of chips. Mix soup with 1 tablespoon milk and pour over meat. Add another layer of chips. Cover with cheese. Bake until cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
