  • grated cheese - 1 pkg
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • can creamed corn - 1 item
  • can pinto beans - 1 item
  • bag corn chips - 1 item

How to make taco casserole:

Brown hamburger and drain. Mix taco seasoning, corn and beans with juice into hamburger. Crush chips and place in bottom of a long casserole dish. (Any amount you like.) Pour meat mixture over chips and bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of meat mixture and heat until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and mild taco sauce.
