Easy chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- evaporated milk - 1/3 c
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chicken breasts - 8 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
How to make easy chicken casserole:
Cook chicken; let cool. Remove meat from bone and cut into bite-size pieces. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Layer chicken in pan. Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and layer over chicken. Combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and curry powder, blending until a smooth sauce is made. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Toss bread crumbs with melted margarine and place on top of cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
