Ingredients/Components
- salt
- boiling water
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 1 c
- green onions - 1/2 c
- mint - 1/2 tsp
- crushed garlic - 1 Tbsp
- bulghur wheat - 1 c
- chopped fresh tomatoes, cucumber and green peppers - 1 item
How to make tabbouleh salad:
Combine the first 3 ingredients in bowl; cover and let stand 1 hour. Combine the next 6 ingredients; add to bulghur mixture. Serve with the chopped fresh tomatoes, cucumber and green peppers.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, Vegetables.
