Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2/3 c
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- , chopped
- large tomatoes, finely chopped - 2 item
- bulgur #2 - 3/4 c
- large bunch green onions including tops, chopped - 1 item
How to make tabbouleh:
Cover bulgur with water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and drain. Cool. Combine with chopped parsley, green onions and tomatoes. Stir together cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Pour over salad and stir.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cobblers and crisps, Salads.
