- Swiss cheese, shredded - 16 oz
- vinegar or lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- cracked black pepper - 1 tsp
- c pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced very thinly - 4 item
- green onions tops included, sliced very thinly - 14 item
- Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing:1 c
How to make swiss cheese salad:
Combine ingredients with Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing.Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing:1 c. olive or salad oil2 tsp. Dijon mustard1 tsp. cracked black pepper2 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice Mix dressing ingredients in blender; toss with cheese, onions and olives.
