  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • brown sugar
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • fresh sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 4 c

How to make sweet potatoes:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 stick margarine1/4 tsp. salt1 c. chopped pecans Add sugar, milk, vanilla, eggs, melted margarine and salt to sweet potatoes. Mix together and put in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and put on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
