  • sugar - 1 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • vanilla, butter and nut flavor - 1 tsp

How to make sweet potato puff:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. butter1 c. flour Beat all ingredients until fluffy.

Mix topping ingredients with hands until well blended. Spread on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
