  • milk - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • grated raw sweet potatoes packed - 2 c

How to make sweet potato pudding:

Mix ingredients together well. Bake for 1 hour at 325°. Stir 2 or 3 times during the hour.
