  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 5 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • margarine - 1/4 lb
  • lemon juice
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 2 c
  • coconut if desired - 1 Tbsp

How to make sweet potato pie:

Blend all ingredients together and pour in pie shells. Bake in moderate oven at 325° for 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
