  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • water - 5 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • lard - 1 c

How to make never fail pie crust:

Cut lard into flour. Combine remaining ingredients by beating with a fork. Add flour and stir with fork. Work with hands into 4 balls. Roll out. Bake at 450° until light brown.
